If you have already made a purchase with us, there is no need to schedule an additional consultation. We’ve already included one with your service. Please be advised that DEPOSITS are nonrefundable; in event that you’ve purchased a service and present with any contraindications/underlining issues that will hinder us from doing that particular service, you will be given a credit to be used towards another service. No Refunds. If you decide to purchase a service through us your consultation fee will be used towards your service amounts; otherwise, the consultation is nonrefundable. Consultations done by our nurse are required on all clients receiving body sculpting services. Walk-in consultations are offered once a week (dates and times-TBA). Follow us on social media platforms to stay posted of when we will be accepting walk in (or video call in ) consultations. Consultations outside or this time will need to be scheduled.
Your appointments are very important to the members of Nurse Doll, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. - Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.-The full amount for the service is required at the time of booking. We do not offer refunds, we do however offer spa credit or service transfer. A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of booking for all package deals, the remaining balance is due at the initial appointment. Should the service you desire be contraindicated, the amount collected for the deposit can be transferred to another service. Nurse Doll policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS: As a courtesy, we will email/text to remind you of your appointment within two business days prior to your appointment date. A confirmation text will be sent out the day before your appointment, please respond by simply sending a “C” to confirm you will be there or “R” to reschedule. If we do not receive confirmation through text we will attempt to call. If we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Since most of our services are timed, we ask that you be on time to receive your full service, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to prevent cutting into other clients time slot. Late arrivals are subject to cancellation after 30 minutes and forfeit payment. All deposits are nonrefundable, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. We do our best to provide quality, effective service to all of our clients.
